1. If tourists cancel their trip 30 days in advance, 100 percent of the service fee will be refunded.
2. If the tourist cancels the trip 15 days in advance, a refund will be given at the rate of 50 percent of the service fee.
3. If the tourist cancels the trip less than 15 days in advance, there is no need to refund the service fee.
In the event that there is reason to cancel the tour as advertised. It is not the fault of the tour business operator. The tour business operator shall refund the service fee to tourists at the rate of one hundred percent of the service fee.
But in the case if the tour business operator has expenses that were actually paid for the preparation of the tour. It must be deducted from the service fee that must be paid. In this regard, the tour business operator must show evidence to tourists as follows:
(1) Visa application fee
(2) Air ticket deposit
(3) Other necessary expenses
**In the case where the expenses of the tour business operator are higher than the service fees paid, the tour business operator cannot demand from tourists**
เงื่อนไขการขอคืนเงิน
1. ถ้านักท่องเที่ยวแจ้งยกเลิกการเดินทางล่วงหน้าก่อน 30 วัน ให้คืนในอัตราร้อยละ 100 ของเงินค่าบริการ
2. ถ้านักท่องเที่ยวแจ้งยกเลิกการเดินทางล่วงหน้าก่อน 15 วัน ให้คืนในอัตราร้อยละ 50 ของเงินค่าบริการ
3. ถ้านักท่องเที่ยวแจ้งยกเลิกการเดินทางล่วงหน้าก่อนน้อยกว่า 15 วัน ไม่ต้องคืนเงินค่าบริการ
ในกรณีมีเหตุให้ต้องยกเลิกการนำเที่ยวตามที่ได้โฆษณาไว้ โดยมิใช่ความผิดของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยว ให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวจ่ายเงินค่าบริการคืนแก่นักท่องเที่ยวในอัตราร้อยละหนึ่งร้อยของเงินค่าบริการ
แต่กรณีหากผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวมีค่าใช้จ่ายที่ได้จ่ายจริงเพื่อการเตรียมการจัดนำเที่ยว ให้นำมาหักจากเงินค่าบริการที่ต้องจ่าย ทั้งนี้ ให้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวแสดงหลักฐานให้นักท่องเที่ยวทราบ ดังต่อไปนี้
(1) ค่าธรรมเนียมการขอวีซ่า
(2) ค่ามัดจำของบัตรโดยสารเครื่องบิน
(3) ค่าใช้จ่ายที่จำเป็นอื่นๆ
**ในกรณีค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวสูงกว่าเงินค่าบริการที่ได้ชำระไว้ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจนำเที่ยวจะเรียกจากนักท่องเที่ยวไม่ได้**
